Models… I love models . Growing up I used to fantasize marrying one. They looked so good on TV fashion shows. Did you say something? What? Oooh.. okay sorry about that, this is not the social section right? Okay give me one moment to just make a u-turn back to businessville. Almost there…done.  As an entrepreneur, you need a way to map out how you will successfully operate your business and to do that you need a business model. A business model is basically a plan that details how your business will deliver value and make profit. Today, we are going to employ the use of  strategic template  called a Business Model Canvas(BMC) in the formulation of a solid business model.
