Love is a beautiful thing.  To some,  it makes the world go round. There is no greater feeling in the world  that compares  to being loved and having some to love. With Valentines around the corner, this is the time to express and reassure your loved one just how much they mean to you. Remember, it’s an expression of love and the effort that counts,  so do what you can with what you have and make the best out of it. You may be asking yourself what can I get my significant other this time around for valentines? Well you are in the right place i have crafted a small guide in this article to get you started on what to do for your woman. Here is the list: 

1) Red Roses

Red roses have always been a symbol of love for as long as I can remember. It is essential that flowers preferably red roses should be part of the valentine package you are giving your loved one. A bouquet of red roses along a sweet note professing your undying love for her should send her a warm message.

2) Chocolate

Unless your partner is allergic to chocolate, this also is a great idea to add to the valentine present. Chocolate is known to be a lover’s favorite as it induces feelings of being loved.

3) Perfume Set

Ladies love to smell nice. Getting your woman a nice perfume set will be very much appreciated. If you can find a perfume set with red color for valentines or get a red gift box or bag and place the perfume set along a note or a card and some other gifts if you can.

4) Jewelry

Depending on your woman’s taste, getting her jewelry on valentines can be a great gift of expressing your love for your woman.  You can get her a necklace with matching earrings along with a beautiful ladies watch. Wrap it in a nice gift bag along with other items and she will go wow.

5) Makeup Set and or brush set

Women love to dress and makeup, getting her a makeup set with a brush set and some combs for her hair will certainly be appreciated. Remember to wrap it up nicely along with other items and leave her with an unforgettable smile

6) Organize a Romantic picnic / dinner

Trust me this one works! Taking your woman out for a romantic picnic and or a dinner will surely light up her face. If it’s a picnic organize a bottle of champagne (or any wine of your choosing), some glasses and snacks along with a nice setup in your back garden since travel is restricted. Also make sure to create a nice romantic playlist for you to enjoy whilst you have a heart to heart under the sun or stars.  A romantic dinner will require some wine, fine music, scented candles, a well setup table with roses along with a well-cooked three course meal. This can be done at home or you can reserve a table at a restaurant of your choice

7) A Handbag

Women love handbags, purses and they love to carry stuff around whether going to work or events. Getting her a designer bag or just a nice handbag as part of the valentine present is a good gesture. It is important that you have an idea of her style first as getting her something she doesn’t like might not be appreciated.

8) Shoes

Shoes are also a good pick for a valentines’ gift but it is important to know what her shoe size is and if she is comfortable wearing those kind of shoes. Some women prefer flats whilst others prefer heels. So do a bit of research before making a purchase.
